For more than 15 years, our team has been designing and building custom homes across Charlotte and the surrounding metros. We started Mpire Homes because we believe a home should be treated like the complex system it is — not just walls and a roof, but a building envelope engineered for durability, comfort, and performance.
That's why we operate as a true design-build firm. Architecture, engineering, and construction all live under one roof, with several key trades in-house. It means fewer handoffs, fewer surprises, tighter tolerances, and a home that performs exactly as it was designed to — from the foundation to the finishes.
